How Good Vibes Membership Lessons Work

At Good Vibes Music Academy, we believe that learning music should be consistent, flexible, and affordable. That’s why our lesson membership is designed to give you the best possible experience while keeping costs manageable.

School Lessons

Rather than charging term by term, our membership is spread across 12 months to keep your monthly costs as low as possible. This way, students can enjoy a regular lesson schedule throughout the academic year, and families can plan their budgets without unexpected spikes in cost. We guarantee a minimum of 30 lessons per year, delivered between September and July, ensuring you get the full value from your membership.

What Happens If You Miss a Lesson?

Life happens—we get it! That’s why we offer flexible lesson credits:
Need to cancel? If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you’ll receive a lesson credit valid for 30 days so you can self-book a replacement lesson at our Newbury studio.
If a teacher is unavailable, we’ll do our best to provide a substitute. If that’s not possible, you’ll receive a lesson credit valid for 60 days.
End of the year balance? If for any reason you haven’t received your full 30 lessons by the end of the academic year, we’ll issue catch-up lesson credits to use before September.

What If You Need to Take a Break?

Going away for summer or need time off? You can freeze your membership for up to one full calendar month per year, keeping your lesson time reserved while you’re away.

How Do You Cancel or Make Changes?

We like to keep things simple. If you need to cancel your membership, just fill out our "Tell Us You're Leaving" form on our website. If you want to change your lesson day, time, or instrument, just let us know! Some changes require 24 hours’ notice, while others (like switching teachers) need a month’s notice.
