How Many Lessons Will I Receive? (School membership)
Lessons are scheduled each week during the academic year, running from September to July. We commit to delivering a minimum of 30 lessons over the course of the year. If you join partway through the year, your lessons will be pro-rata'd accordingly.

What Happens if I Don’t Receive My Lessons?
If, by the end of the academic year, there is a balancing number of lessons remaining on your account, you will be issued with catch-up lesson credits. These must be used before the start of the following academic year (1st September) or before the end of your notice period if you decide to stop your membership. Lesson credits are only redeemable at our Newbury studio and cannot be refunded or credited financially.

What if I Can’t Make a Lesson? (Studio membership)
We understand that life happens! As long as you cancel your lesson via the online portal with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, a lesson credit will be applied to your account. This credit will be valid for 30 days, allowing you to rebook at a time that suits you

Going Away for the Summer? Here’s What You Can Do
If you’re planning an extended break but want to keep your fixed lesson slot, you can freeze your membership. This option is available for up to one full calendar month within a rolling 12-month period. Freezing your membership must be done for an entire month and will always begin on the 1st of the month.

Making Changes to Your Membership
If you need to change your lesson time or day and your teacher remains the same, this can be done with at least 24 hours’ notice ahead of your next lesson.

What if My Teacher Misses a Lesson?
If your teacher is unable to attend, we will always aim to provide a substitute teacher so your lesson can go ahead as planned. If a substitute is unavailable, you will receive a lesson credit valid for 60 days

Good Vibes Academy Closures
We close for the Christmas/New Year period, but our lesson schedule continues throughout the rest of the academic year.
