Using my catch-up credits 

1.    Catch-up credits must be used within the following number of days after being issued:

a.        Student catch-up credits must be used within 30-days.

b.        Staff catch-up credits must be used within 60-day.

2.    Catch-up credits can be used for lessons with any teacher that teaches the same instrument.

3.    You can self-book catch-up credits using the online portal or in person via the Welcome Team. 

4.    You can only have a maximum two ‘student make-up credits’ waiting to be used at any one time.  Any lessons that are cancelled whilst there are two unused make-up credits will be forfeited.

5.    Any staff catch-up credits issued will continue to accrue and will not affect the number of available student make-up credits.

6.    Make-up lessons can be booked a maximum of two weeks in advance.

7.    Once a make-up credit has been booked, it cannot be rescheduled.  If the make-up lesson is cancelled, the lesson will be forfeited.

8.    Any make-up credits accrued must be used prior to the final day of the membership subscription.
