Effective 21st October 2024

• Rooms can be booked a maximum of 60 days and a minimum of 7 days in advance.

• Any ineffective/damaged equipment must be reported to a member of the Good Vibes team before leaving.

• The equipment is regularly maintained and checked prior to rehearsals.

• The hirer is responsible for any damage, howsoever caused, and will be charged for any repairs or replacement required.

• Under 18s are allowed to hire studios so long as a responsible parent accepts responsibility for any damage as above.

• Under 16s must be supervised by a responsible adult.

• A member of the Good Vibes team will be present on site for the duration of the rehearsals.

• All rubbish must be put in the bins provided.

• No alcohol is allowed in any of the studios.

• All equipment must be put as found and the studio returned to its’ original set up..

• Only people involved in the rehearsal are allowed in the studio unless a responsible adult (aged 18+) is supervising.

• For the safety of all building users, the hirer agrees to follow all instructions issued by a member of the Good Vibes team.

• In case of fire or evacuation, follow fire exit signs and congregate at the meeting point in Inch’s Yard.  Do not re-enter the building for any purpose until allowed.  Leave all equipment behind.

• Studio hire fee must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure the studio hire.

• Any cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the booking will be forfeited.  No refunds will be issued.

• For safety reasons, studio hire is not transferable.
